No great surprise here, but as everyone knows it always complicates the seating plan when someone doeson't come to your wedding. Following the catastrophic events in Japan, the Japanese Royal amily will not be in attendance for Kate and Wills' bash on April 29th. An entirely sensible and appropriate decision.
